Install new Navien tankless water heater with recirculation. Relocate the water heater to new location and cap off the old water lines, gas line, and vent. Run new water lines, gas line, intake, exhaust, T&P Discharge, and condensation line. Installed gas regulator at the gas meter to prepare for the meter upgrade to 2 psi.

Replacing (1) Type CH 20a Dual Function Breaker #3 Washer #12 Garbage Disposal

Technician cut open sheetrock ceiling to discover cause of water leak. Found water leaking on toilet copper water line from toilet tank upstairs. Provided options to repair or replace upstairs hallway toilet. Replacement of upstairs hallway bathroom toilet due to existing toilet tank leaking. Technician will install new toilet with new wax seal and water supply line. Technician will turn water off to home and install a new toilet shut off valve. Technician also waived leak search fee with toilet replacement option. Technician did not caulk the base of toilet due to tile broken and missing on the backside. Advised customer to make tile repairs and technician will return to caulk toilet if necessary. All work tested good upon completion.

Replacement of garbage disposal in kitchen. Technician to install Badger 5, 1/2HP with new sink collar. Provided options to replace water heater in basement.

Performed an inspection on the whole house HVAC system. Tested heating and cooling. Checked refrigerant pressures and electrical components. Homecare maintenance plan. Includes 10% off repairs. Replacing electrical components for the outdoor unit. The turbo capacitor is beginning to read very low. The Contactor is also showing signs of age and usually does not follow very far behind the capacitor. A coil cleaning ensured the system can run efficiently and not put extra strain on mechanical and electrical components.

Performed homecare on 2 separate systems. The upstairs system is no longer cooling and is very worn. Replacement is needed of this system. The main floor system is running properly at the time of visit.

Replaced o-ring on delta faucet cartridge

Installed New gas line for cook top in kitchen and a future gas line for oven. Connected to 1” gas main in mechanical room in basement and ran 40 feet of 3/4 gas line.

Cleaned both upstairs and downstairs condenser coils and replaced both dual capacitors. Needs an outdoor condenser coil cleaning, dual capacitor.

Found a hole already dug showing leak. Found source of the leak to be a broken 3/4 irrigation tee. Excavated and exposed pipe. Cut out affected section and installed new pipe. Tested and backfilled.

For this job, we worked on troubleshooting the AC circuit and replaced a defective breaker and replaced a damaged AC Disconnect

This week we came to the home to complete the remaining woods to include the whole home redevice, service upgrade, as well as a few miscellaneous projects.

Upon arrival, owner stated the downstairs/main level system stopped cooling. Found 2012 Trane up flow system with failed condenser motor and compressor due to failed capacitor and likely contributing factors pitted contactor and failure of compressor super boost. Owner opted to replace duel capacitor only; wanting to spend the least amount of money possible at this time. System resumed operation. No warranty for today’s service. Refrigerant appears to be low; owner wants to see how system operates before attempting to find refrigerant leak. Thank you for allowing Barry with TE Certified to serve you today.

Customer had water piling up on ceiling in garage. After opening up the ceiling neither the drains nor water lines had any sign of a leak. Right above where water was seen is the freestanding tub faucet with a loose base plate. Water more than likely was coming out of the wand side of the faucet and dripping down under the base plate. Siliconed trim plate and told customer to air out the ceiling.

House is under contract. Troubleshoot the the back porch sconce that is not working. Removed and replaced the two broken bulbs with customer supplied Bulbs and it works. Silicones around the fixture to keep water out.

Inspect Rinnai RL94 tankless in 2nd floor closet and assess overall condition of unit.

Homeowner inquired about a leak on the back porch. Technician found that hose bib was dripping water into freeze cover causing water to puddle up at back porch. Removed old leaking hose bib and shark bite, isolation valve for hose bib and replaced with new quarter ball valve and new hose bib. Sealed hose bib with clear silicone and fastened to wall. Technician found that part of hot water line was connected via sharkbite supply line. Removed supply line and made permanent connection with copper. Checked for leaks. No leaks. Installed new 3/4 quarter turn ball valve as courtesy.

Install outdoor outlet flush on side of back patio. Will need to cut sheet rock

Replaced two bathroom faucets.

Install single handle Delta shower valve in chrome. Install 14x14” access panel in wall that is cut for shower valve access.

Replace rear hose bibb

Replaced leaking faucet sprayer.

Replace AC/coil on up system.

For this job customer had a federal pacific panel and the breaker had gone bad. I replaced the panel in the basement with a new 42 space QO panel. Also installed whole home surge protection in the main panel as well as dual function breakers where GFCI is needed. Provided and installed seven google nest smoke detectors through out the home in the hallways and bedrooms.

Used tub gun to clear drain. Ran hot water for 10 minutes to make sure no backing up occurred.
